Press your item on the side you will have your design to give it a nice smooth surface.\u003cbr\u003e2. Place your DTF Transfer in the exact location you want.\u003cbr\u003e3. Cover your DTF Transfer with Teflon or parchment paper of the same size or larger. This will help\u003cbr\u003eavoid your transfer from lifting.\u003cbr\u003e4. Use your preheated Heat Press at 300-325 degrees to press down with heavy pressure for 15-20\u003cbr\u003eseconds. We recommend letting them cool for about 10 seconds before peeling, and if there’s\u003cbr\u003esmall lettering on your design, use a towel to protect your fingers and press gently on that area to\u003cbr\u003egive it some extra love while cooling. Then peel.\u003cbr\u003e5. Once peeled, cover the design with Teflon or parchment paper and give it one final press for 5\u003cbr\u003eseconds.\u003cbr\u003eHome Iron Instructions\u003cbr\u003e1. Set your iron to the highest cotton setting without steam.\u003cbr\u003e2. Preheat your garment for a few seconds to remove any moisture and wrinkles.\u003cbr\u003e3. Place the transfer onto the garment in the exact location you want the design.\u003cbr\u003e4. Apply firm and even pressure while moving the iron in a circular motion for about 20-30 seconds. A\u003cbr\u003enon-slip silicone pressing mat or wool pressing mat underneath is extremely helpful in this step.\u003cbr\u003eRARELY DOES A TRANSFER TAKE MORE THAN 20-30 seconds---if you’re doing it longer, you’ll risk\u003cbr\u003escorching the item you’re embellishing.\u003cbr\u003e5. Let it cool for 5-10 seconds and take a peek to see if the design has transferred. If not, repeat\u003cbr\u003esteps 4 and 5 until it’s transferred onto your item.\u003cbr\u003e6. If your design has small lettering or bits, use a towel to protect your fingers and press gently on\u003cbr\u003ethat area as it cools. This will help those smaller details to transfer correctly.\u003cbr\u003e7. These transfers are a warm peel - we do recommend letting it sit for about 10 seconds before\u003cbr\u003estarting the peel.\u003cbr\u003e8. Once you’ve lifted the transfer film, do a final press of 7-10 seconds using teflon or parchment\u003cbr\u003epaper over the design so you don’t damage it.\u003cbr\u003eWash \u0026amp; Care Of Your Printed Item\u003cbr\u003e• Turn your apparel inside out. Machine wash cold. For best results use a mild detergent with no\u003cbr\u003ebleach, no whitening\/brightening detergent.
